Michael Visvadra founded The Preferred Group in the western suburbs of Chicago in 2005.

About Mike

He currently acts as the Senior Vice President with over 25+ years of experience in Mortgage Lending and Real Estate. Christian values, honesty, and integrity are the base for Mike's personal character which is carried into the company by a stringent Code of Ethics that is incorporated daily with every client.

He leads the company by constantly refining the client experience offering world-class service with world-class lenders.

Born in Chicago and raised in the Western Suburbs, conservative Christian values were instilled in Mike from the very beginning. With honor and integrity, he worked hard at all of his endeavors and was always striving to be better. After graduating high school, Mike proudly served our country in the United States Army as an honored Paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division. He then went on to graduate from Illinois State University where he was dubbed a “math nerd” realizing his talent with numbers. Using his talents, Mike became an Illinois Licensed Loan officer for various Mortgage Banks while also developing his own companies in Residential Home Improvement. Through hard work and perseverance, Mike grew his own wealth as a small business owner then moved into Real Estate Investing by acquiring, renovating and selling residential real estate.
